Viral: Milk-Made Sweet Maggi Infuriates Twitter!

Experimenting with food has never been a bad idea. Whether it be chicken khichdi or chicken dosa. But probably milk maggi proved to be a bad one for netizens.

As per reports, two years ago a YouTuber had shared a video of a unique recipe of Maggi noodles, which has again resurfaced on the internet.

The recipe of Sweet Maggi was demonstrated in a video posted on YouTube by an account called Hemanshi’s World in 2017 but it went viral, courtesy of a Twitter user, Sahil Adhikaari.

On Twitter, Sahil shared a snippet of the video last week and captioned it “best maggi recipe” – much to the despise of his followers. You get the sarcasm in Sahil’s tweet, right?

In the video, the chef breaks a block of Maggi noodles in a bowl of milk and then adds a glass of water to it.

After that she adds dried rose petals and condensed milk to make a kheer-like preparation. It sort of looks like an improvised sevaiyan kheer.

The video pulled in a series of dismissive, as for majority of people maggi being served in cold milk is like ‘wait, what?’.

If you are by any chance interested in tasting Sweet Maggi, Hemanshi prepared it by boiling milk and water after which she added raw Maggi noodles to it.

Instead of using the spice that accompanies the packet of noodles, she added dried rose petals, condensed milk and kewra essence to the concoction. She also advised her followers to add pistachios to the recipe.

“I hope you like this recipe. It is a hit in our house and children love it too. You must have cooked spicy Maggi but this recipe is very different. So, do try,” she is heard saying in the video.
