81-year-old Isha Ghosh has been training school students to stay mentally and physically fit for over five decades now.
Ghosh, who belongs to Chaibasa and is a member of Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) is an inspiration for everybody.
She conducts the physical training sessions for school students during BSG camps.
Educating children to live a disciplined life, Ghosh also conducts drills on Japanese music, climbing and yoga.
Ghosh walks for about seven kilometres daily to stay fit and healthy.
The 81-year-old trainer has been living in the residential campus of Scouts and Guide in Chaibasa since 2003.

Ghosh, who was born to a late army personnel Vibhuti Bhushan Ghosh in Kolkata in 1938, joined the BSG as a guide in 1963
